Stamper's Sidekick is not dead yet!
It is true I have been on an unplanned hiatus for some time now. But recently have been able to find some new motivation to get back to working more regularly on Stamper's Sidekick.
I must admit that with job changes and life in general I have not been giving SS the attention it deserves. I have been continuing to reply to support emails and dealing with the occasional purchase. But that will change in the near future.
I have been making some behind the scene changes to the website and my customer database so I can more easily manage my business. Some other plans include putting together a survey that I will send out to current customers to get some feedback about how you use SS and how you would like to see it improved.

Yay! This is one software I miss dreadfully! You send me unlock information for my new laptop, but I've never been able to get it to work. I've been working without it for about a year. My new laptop uses Vista, and I keep getting an error message. I'll have to try again one day soon.
Thanks for working on this again. You get it up and running, and I'll go back to telling everyone they can't live without it. I'm just hoping my 5-year database will continue to work!

Thank god you are back! When I bought a computer with vista I was not able to use stamper's sidekick. I had gotten the idea that SS was no longer begin supported so I didn't pursue trying to troubleshoot it.
I will purchase a new product because I don't have any of the old software.
There is no need to purchased a new product. Your original license entitles you to at least that version. In fact, other than some updates I have not yet released any new versions since the one you have. so you can go and download it from here

If you still have the data file from your previous installation you should be able to restore it and pick up where you left off. Let me know if you need detailed help getting back up and running.

I downloaded your latest version but when I try to open it, it says The item "runaccess.exe" that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved so this shortcut will no longer work properly.
This is the same kind of problem I was having before - I am currently using Vista.
I've check office updates and my office products are up to date.
Yes....just what we wanted to hear. I know there was a feature on the present version ... when a customer called and said did I order this....you could go to their name and pull up everything they ordered but mine never worked. I would love to see a more friendly version.
